It's good to close your eyes for the space of five breaths, and then massage whatever place in your body is holding, clutching, restricting, avoiding, for a minute or two. The whole exercise takes maybe three minutes.

So glad to hear about the sleep & the food & the finances! That's wonderful.


Hm. Some of us abuse survivors call this dissociation. It can come in handy, believe me, but overall it's an ineffective habit, for sure.
